Funky tights are one of the trends on the runway for fall 2009. These tights vary from sequined embellishments to ripped distressing, and everything in between! Designers are pairing tights with solid or neutral colored boots and round toe pumps. I've featured 4 examples, all from Urban Outfitters. UO seems to carry a lot of funky tights for under $20. What do you think?
